The best way to arrive to Zaragoza is by high Speed Train (AVE) from Madrid Atocha station or from Barcelona Sants Station. \u00a0There are more or less 1 train every hour, It takes around 75 or 90 min and it cost (round trip) around 90 \u20ac. \u00a0Train tickets can be sold in advance at\u00a0http:\/\/www.renfe.com\/EN\/viajeros\/index.html<\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n


<\/span>If you arrive to \u00a0Adolfo Su\u00e1rez Madrid-Barajas Airport. <\/u>\u00a0From Madrid Barajas Airport: go to Atocha RENFE train station either by taxi (~25 minutes, exactly \u20ac30) or by metro (45 minutes, around \u20ac4,5)\u00a0or by train (Signed posted as “Cercanias” leaving from T4 and takes around 40\u00a0mins)\u00a0and then take the high speed train AVE to Zaragoza (~1h25, round trip ~\u20ac90).\u00a0A cheaper but not so comfortable alternative is taking a coach from company ALSA (www.alsa.es<\/a> ) that runs between Barajas terminal T4 and Zaragoza\u00a0every 2-3 hours (3h45 trip, single\/return: \u20ac15\/\u20ac26). If you are in terminals T1 T2 or T3, take the free airport bus shuttle to terminal T4. The bus to Zaragoza stops in the same place as the airport shuttle. There are no\u00a0ticket counters, information posts, or timetables, but place yourself with your back towards the T4 terminal exit, look at your right and you will see the ticket vending machine of ALSA.\u00a0<\/span>
<\/span>If you arrive to Barcelona El Prat Airport. <\/u>\u00a0The easiest way is to take the half-hourly RENFE C-10 suburban train\u00a0from T2 (if you arrive at T1 there is an airport bus which takes you to T2 station)\u00a0to Barcelona Sants (20 minutes, around \u20ac4.50), and then take the high speed\u00a0train AVE to Zaragoza (1h45, round trip around \u20ac90).\u00a0Taxi from Barcelona Airport to Barcelona Sants train station cost around 32 \u20ac and takes ~25 min.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: If you already have your AVE train ticket, you can get the suburban train ticket (“Cercanias”) for free in the automatic vending machines, by typing the code for \u201cCombinadoCercan\u00edas<\/b>\u201d that appears on your AVE\u00a0ticket.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Once at Zaragoza Delicias Station take a taxi to get to the Reina\u00a0<\/span>Petronila hotel (https:\/\/www.palafoxhoteles.com\/en\/zaragoza-hotels\/hotel-reina-petronila<\/a>)\u00a0<\/span>. The cost to the hotel is usually around 10\u20ac. Alternatively take the \u00a0Ci2 buses\u00a0to the\u00a0<\/span>\u201cViolante de Hungria\/Pabellon de Deportes\u201d stop<\/span>. Excursion to ORDESA NATIONAL PARK<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n

On September 5 we will have the full day excursion to Ordesa National Park<\/b>. \u00a0You need shoes adapted to walk in mountain<\/span>. \u00a0We will follow a very easy route from \u201cLa Pradera de Ordesa\u201d to the \u201cCola de Caballo (Horse Tail)\u201d(\u00a0https:\/\/es.wikiloc.com\/rutas-senderismo\/pradera-de-ordesa-cola-de-caballo-por-las-gradas-de-soaso-21200543<\/a>\u00a0 or http:\/\/www.rutaspirineos.org\/rutas\/cola-de-caballo-por-las-gradas-de-soaso<\/a>\u00a0or\u00a0http:\/\/www.entremontanas.com\/en\/travesias\/pn-de-ordesa-cola-de-caballo.asp<\/a>\u00a0 ). \u00a0It takes around 5 hours without any technical difficulty. \u00a0The people not interested in the excursion can remain in Jaca or in Torla City.<\/span><\/div>\n

On September 4th the morning session will be at the ENATE winery (https:\/\/www.enate.es\/en\/<\/a>\u00a0). \u00a0We will move by BUS from Jaca to ENATE Winery and we will start our scientific session at the winery. \u00a0Around 13h00 we will have a expert tasting and then tour and lunch at the winery.<\/span><\/div>\n
